WELCOME TO THE CLUB
Studio 7 was created out of necessity and passion when the owner’s previous boutique studio closed in early 2020.
Despite challenges (no business plan, no website, pandemic shutdown), the studio has grown into a thriving space.
The studio fosters strong client and staff relationships, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
It is a "home away from home" where clients of all backgrounds can experience the benefits of Pilates.

Pilates is a transformative practice that enhances strength, technique, and injury recovery
It serves as a powerful tool for cross-training, benefiting dancers, athletes, and everyday individuals.
Regular Pilates practice leads to significant improvements, especially for aging individuals with joint replacements, stenosis, and other physical challenges.
The discipline goes beyond fitness; it is a lifelong journey of movement, healing, and personal growth.
OUR CLASSES
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE
PRIVATE
Go deeper into the method with a 55 minute workout tailored just for you. Under the watchful guidance of your instructor, you will explore the intricacies of classical Pilates technique, get to know your body more personally with a program developed just for you. Whether you are just beginning your Pilates journey, recovering from an injury, prefer individual instruction or simply wish to deepen your practice; the Pilates Private may be for you.
SEMI-PRIVATE
Similar to Private Training with individualized attention and instruction but you share the instructor with one or two other people. This is an economical way to continue your Pilates practice and still receive a lot of personal feedback. Your personalized workout will typically include the Reformer, the Wunda Chair, Matwork, and other props. We encourage clients to bring their own duet partner(s), but we are happy to find a match for you upon request.
GROUPS (DUET / TRIO)
While class work is generally focused on the Reformer, all of the Pilates equipment may be utilized, including the Jump Board, Chair, Tower/Cadillac Barrels in this dynamic, full body work out. This is an open level class. That said, if you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury or dealing with physical limitations, let’s have a chat first. We will discuss options and find the best fit to get you on your way to achieving your Pilates goals. Just give us a call!

Initially inspired by witnessing Pilates’ benefits in a dance setting.
Certified Peak Level III comprehensive instructor with extensive training under Shauna Lazlo.
Has taught Pilates across multiple gyms and studios in Flathead Valley, working with diverse clients.
Passionate about helping the aging population regain mobility and strength.
Outdoor enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, lake time, and hiking with family when not in the studio.
Deeply committed to learning and growing alongside clients.
